Each style has a certain amount of waitlist slots until that style will be marked as "CLOSED". Interested clients must pay upfront of the final quotation to secure their slot on the waitlist.

TERMS OF SERVICE
For Adoptable Designs and Character Customs. No refunds once payment has been made for the design. Holds will be honored for max. 3 days before the design is listed back for sale. Please note that I use Artistree as my main payment checkout and invoice method. During checkout, the client will pay Artistree's small platform fee of 6.5%.
Example: If the total price of a commission is $100, the total will be $106.50 (before taxes). I will only receive the $100 in this case.

In essence, my designs may not be used in anything that will potentially turn up a profit like games, books, merchandise, comics, etc. This also includes things like VTuber models and PNGtubers. |
| ✦ You may only claim ownership of the character once purchased. You may NOT claim to be the original creator of the design. |
| ✦ You may use the design for personal/private purposes such as role-playing, worldbuilding, writing, and/or non-profit creative projects AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT ME as the creator of the design in writing and a link back to my carrd (rainslices.carrd.com). |
| ✦ You may NOT remove my watermark nor alter the original adopt artwork of the design in any way shape or form. |
| ✦ You may NOT turn any of my designs into a custom species. |
| ✦ You may NOT make any major changes to the design. Please ask permission from original designer (rainslices) about what you'd like to change. In most cases it will be approved unless it changes the design so drastically it is no longer recognizable as the design. |
| ✦ You may request to purchase the IP copyrights of the design. The price for these copyrights is usually ~200%-500% of the original price. You will be given a contract to sign as proof of transaction. The design will be yours to use in commercial work. Buying the IP does not include the license of the official design art. That can be a separate purchase. |

| ✦ Trading is allowed; From that trade forward that design is no longer resell-able, only trade-able. If you received an adopt or design from me for FREE (for example, as a gift) you may NOT trade or resell that design. |
| ✦ Gifting is allowed. From that gift forward that design can only be gift-able. |
| ✦ You will inform me of the new owner you transferred the design to. The new owner is then bound by these terms of service. You must inform the new owner of this prior to trading. |

For Regular Illustration Commissions, Chibi Mippy Style Commissions, "YCH" Your Character Here Commissions, and Character Sheet / Design Consultations. | PROCESS & DELIVERY |

| ✦ Discussions of your commission will be conducted via e-mail or DMs. |
| ✦ Commissions with only pure written references to work off of will incur an extra design fee. (Min. $15) |
| ✦ I will start working on your commission only after I receive payment via Artistree order form. During checkout, the client will pay Artistree's small platform fee of 6.5%. | ✦ Once the piece is finished, any changes that you have previously approved may incur an extra fee. |
| ✦ If there is a deadline involved, please be sure to order at least a week or two beforehand; the earlier the better. |
| ✦ The allotted time I give myself to finish a commission varies from 3 weeks to 2 months depending on factors like health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, school, or other reasons. |
| ✦ Once the piece is finished, you will receive the image in its full resolution with my signature. Note that there is no physical product. |
| ✦ I can turn down a commission for any reason. If unsure whether your commission is appropriate or not, please talk to me! |
| PAYMENT, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS |

| ✦ Commercial use fee is +100% on top of the final quote. **FOR SPRITE COMMISSIONS: If you've already commissioned me for a sprite before and only need additional items, you need only pay for the additional fee (and commercial fee if applicable). |
| ✦ All payments will be made through Artistree invoice, unless otherwise stated. |
| ✦ I only accept payment in full for personal commissions. For bigger projects over 300 USD, I accept 50% upfront and 50% before I send you the final, high-resolution product. |
| ✦ A refund can be negotiated depending on the state of the commission and the reasons for retracting payment. |
| ✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. |
| ✦ You have the full right to cancel your order before payment is sent. Please let me know about this at the earliest convenience so that I may free up your slot for others! |
COMMISSION FAQS
Questions that you might wanna ask me, but are already answered below!
1.) I've never commissioned someone before. What's the process?
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS:
First fill my commission form via Artistree with the necessary info. I prioritize quality above quantity for references.What helps:
- Cropping the reference image to show only the detail that needs to be drawn
- Sending me a scheme drawing
- Including canvas size, date due, character pose(s), what they will be doing, age, their background, gender, etc.After I receive your form, I will let you know if I can take your commission. Please allow at least a timeframe of 5 days for a reply.When that timeframe exceeds, please ping me again. There's a chance my notifications may have bugged without me knowing.
2.) How will you send the finished product?
The finished product will be emailed to your provided email. If there are multiple orders, an email thread will be created.
3.) I want a revision on an already finished piece!
This depends on the type of commission you ordered. A fee may be charged depending on the requested revision. Requests like erasing a stray line will not incur any fee.I will only allow a maximum of 3 revisions on a completed piece.
4.) I can't find a pose/character reference to send you.
Use >Magic Poser Web< to pose characters. You can also use an avatar maker like >Picrew< if you have an OC and never had commissions done of them before.
