Mild gore, soft NSFW (suggestive/revealing characters OK)
I WON'T do:
Hateful art, pedophilia, other fetishes
Direct imitations of other art styles or artists
Hard mecha (animatronics can be discussed)
Detailed environments and surroundings
Explicit NSFW

| ✦ You may upload the commissioned work done for you, so long as it is credited and you link back to my socials. |
| ✦ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP). |
| ✦ Once a piece is commissioned, you are free to use it for any personal use. You cannot use the commissioned work commercially nor generate income in any way or form UNLESS you paid for a commercial use fee. |
| ✦ You are NOT to remove or alter my signature/watermark. |
| ✦ You may NOT use the work in any involvement with NFT, bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrencies. |
| ✦ You may not use the work in any involvement with AI art. |
| ✦ You may be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork. |
| ✦ You may use the artwork on monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings. |

| ✦ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my art labour only. I retain all rights over the commissioned artwork, which includes using the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion. |

| PAYMENT, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS |

| ✦ All payments will be made through a PayPal invoice or Ko-fi, unless otherwise stated. |
| ✦ I only accept payment in full for personal commissions. For bigger projects like character design commissions, I accept 50% upfront and 50% before I send you the final, high-resolution product. |
| ✦ A refund can be negotiated depending on the state of the commission and the reasons for retracting payment. |
| ✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. |
| ✦ You have the full right to cancel your order before payment is sent. Please let me know about this at the earliest convenience so that I may free up your slot for others! |

| ✦ Discussions of your commission will be conducted via e-mail or DMs . |
| ✦ I will not accept commissions with only pure written references to work off of. |
| ✦ I will start working on your commission only after I receive payment. |
| ✦ Once the piece is finished, any changes that you have previously approved may incur an extra fee. |
| ✦ If there is a deadline involved, please be sure to order at least a week or two beforehand; the earlier the better. |
| ✦ The allotted time I give myself to finish a commission varies from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on factors like health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, school, or other reasons. |
| ✦ Once the piece is finished, you will receive the image in its full resolution with my signature. Note that there is no physical product. |
| ✦ I can turn down a commission for any reason. If unsure whether your commission is appropriate or not, please talk to me! |
COMMISSION FAQS
Questions that you might wanna ask me, but are already answered below!
1.) I've never commissioned someone before. What's the process?
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS:
First fill my commission form with the necessary info. I prioritize quality above quantity for references.What helps:
- Cropping the reference image to show only the detail that needs to be drawn
- Sending me a scheme drawing
- Including canvas size, date due, character pose(s), what they will be doing, age, their background, gender, etc.After I receive your form, I will let you know if I can take your commission by sending you a message in the email you provided. Please allow at least a timeframe of 5 days for a reply.When that timeframe exceeds, please contact me through my email or send the form again, because there have been some cases where Google Forms doesn't properly record the forms. :}
2.) How will you send the finished product?
The finished product will be placed in Google Drive, and I will send you a link to it. The file will stay up for 48 hours before being deleted.I will flat/render depending on your order and send you updates. (Sketch orders will stop at the sketching stage.)
3.) I want a revision on an already finished piece!
This depends on the type of commission you ordered. A small fee of ~$5 USD or more may be charged depending on the requested revision. Requests like erasing a stray line will not incur any fee.I will only allow a maximum of 3 revisions on a completed piece.
4.) I can't find a pose/character reference to send you.
Use >Magic Poser Web< to pose characters. You can also use an avatar maker like >Picrew< if you have an OC and never had commissions done of them before.
